Oh dear, it never rains but it pours doesn't it? Luckily your lovely Dahlia survived and I'm sure many other plants will have too. Although they don't look it, a lot of plants and flowers are tough and can survive even a flood of biblical proportions. ;-)
You were right Yolanda,most of my plants have survived the onslaught.On a more positive note, they are looking much greener and happier now.
