Whew! Finally the downpour has exhausted itself but not before it gave me lot of tense moments and did some damage to my garden.
Here it blooms-the beautiful Dahlia, standing defiantly like a true survivor, warming my heart with its orange glow.

Oh dear, it never rains but it pours doesn't it? Luckily your lovely Dahlia survived and I'm sure many other plants will have too.
Although they don't look it, a lot of plants and flowers are tough and can survive even a flood of biblical proportions. ;-)
You were right Yolanda,most of my plants have survived the onslaught.On a more positive note, they are looking much greener and happier now.
